1. **Terms of Use**

By using the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), the user confirms that they have read and agree with the terms of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), which defines the rules for using the Application, the obligations of the parties, and their responsibilities.

Terms and Definitions:
• **Administrator**: An authorized individual responsible for processing user complaints and inquiries.

• **Application**: An internet radio receiver for streaming audio content for personal use.
• **User**: An individual who has downloaded the Application from an official app store.

2. **General Provisions**
1. The user agrees to use the Application solely in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the terms of this Agreement.
2. The Administrator may engage third-party specialists to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement, remaining responsible to the User.
3. **Functions of the Application**:
• An audio player for streaming audio in mp3, aac, and aac+ formats.
4. The user must periodically check for updates to the terms of this Agreement. If the user disagrees with the updates, they must delete the Application.
5. The user is responsible for the safety of the device and all risks associated with the use of the Application.
6. The Application must not be used for activities that violate copyright or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time and unilaterally. The date of the last update will be indicated when changes are made to the current version. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect once it is published on the official website and in the Application, unless otherwise specified by the new version of the Agreement.

3. **Limitation of Liability**
1. The Administrator is not responsible for temporary failures, delays, or issues caused by technical errors or actions of third parties.
2. The user is fully responsible for any loss of data resulting from their actions.

4. **Contacts and Feedback**

For any questions related to the Application, complaints, suggestions, or requests, users can contact: [[email protected]]. The user has the right to contact at any time regarding any matters related to this Agreement and the use of the Application.

**Consideration of Violation Reports**:
If a user or third party detects a violation of the terms of the Agreement, applicable legislation, or international law, they must immediately report it to the Administrator at the email address above. Reports will be reviewed by the Administrator within 48 hours, except for cases related to copyright issues.

During the investigation process, the Administrator may request additional information or documents from the user to confirm or refute the violation.

This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
