All materials presented in our application are intended solely for personal use for informational purposes. All rights to them belong to their respective owners. In preparing publications, we use audio recordings that are publicly available.
We do not distribute music or provide our users with the ability to download or distribute music files via our application and/or official website. This functionality is absent both in the application and on the official website.
The radio station holds a license confirming the right to broadcast audio content. However, it should be noted that authors, labels, musicians, and other rights holders do not always inform us of the transfer of rights or the conclusion of agreements with third parties. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for such actions by authors and other industry participants.
If you are the rights holder of a particular composition and believe that our use of the audio content infringes on your rights, please contact the Application Administration. If you believe our license does not cover the right to use and broadcast a specific material, please submit an official request.
To do so, you must provide:
1. Documentation confirming your rights to the copyrighted material:
• A scanned document proving your rights to the work (e.g., contract or certificate).
2. Other information that will allow us to identify you as the rights holder.
3. Direct links to the pages on our website where the material that infringes your copyright is posted.
We accept requests sent from official email addresses of organizations or representatives of rights holders. Requests sent from personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yandex, etc.) will not be considered.
After receiving an email at [[email protected]] containing all the above confirmations, we are committed to removing the material within 48 hours. Review times may increase in case of verification difficulties or incomplete information.
We adhere to high standards and guarantee a thorough and timely review of all requests.
